<![CDATA[Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengumpulkan Data Yang Berkaitan Dengan Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Blok I Kecamatan Cilegon Kota Cilegon Banten Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inside Outside. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Classroom Research Atau Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Dengan Model penelitian tindakan Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Tahapan dari model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sumber data dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan ini adalah siswa kelas IV pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Blok I Kecamatan Cilegon Kota Cilegon Banten sebagai obyek penelitian yang berjumlah 25 siswa, terdiri dari 14 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, soal tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada tahap prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Pada tahap prasiklushasil hasil belajar siswa yang memperoleh nilai di atas KKM dengan persentase 33,33%, siklus I meningkat menjadi 56%, dan siklus II kembali meningkat menjadi 84%. Dengan demikian maka akhir siklus II ini penelitian ini dihentikan dan dikatakan berhasil karena persentase ketercapaian yang didapat lebih dari 80%. Abstract This study aims to collect data related to efforts to improve student learning outcomes Class V Blok I State Elementary School Blok I Cilegon District Cilegon City Banten Through Application of Inside Outside Learning Model. This Research Uses Classroom Research Methods or Classroom Action Research with a research model of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The stages of this model consist of 4 stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Sources of data in the implementation of this action research is a fourth grader at Blok I State Elementary School Block Cilegon District Cilegon Banten as a research object of 25 students, consisting of 14 male students and 11 female students. Data collection techniques used are observation sheets, test questions, field notes, and documentation. The results of this study can be seen from the increase in Student Learning Outcomes in the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II stages. At the prasiklushasil stage of student learning outcomes that scored above the KKM with a percentage of 33.33%, cycle I increased to 56%, and cycle II again increased to 84%. Thus, at the end of the second cycle this research was stopped and said to be successful because the percentage of achievement obtained was more than 80%.
