PENGEMBANGAN MODUL BERBASIS MULTIPEL REPRESENTASI PADA MATERI GARAM HIDROLISIS

Abstract

This study was aimed to describe the validity and practicality of the module. This research used methods of Borg and Galls research and development. This module was developed through the study of literature and field study. Validity of module was measured base on results of expert validation. Practicality module was measured base on the response of educators, learners feedback, and observations on the enforceability of the module. Validator given high validity and it was said to be valid. Based on limited testing of the module educators given respons to the module, on the appropriateness of the contents to the curriculum aspect, constructs, legibility, and the graphics have a very high criteria, as well as the responses of students in aspects of the graphic arts and legibility have very high criteria. Based on observations and the positive response of students to the learning with module, the results was said to be practical. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas dan kepraktisan modul. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Borg and Gall. Pengembangan modul ini melalui hasil studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Kevalidan modul hasil pengembangan diukur berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli. Kepraktisan modul diukur berdasarkan tanggapan pendidik, tanggapan peserta didik, dan hasil observasi terhadap keterlaksanaan modul. Validator memberikan penilaian validitas tinggi dan dikatakan valid. Berdasarkan uji coba terbatas tanggapan pendidik terhadap modul, pada aspek kesesuaian isi dengan kurikulum, konstruk, keterbacaan, dan grafika memiliki kriteria sangat tinggi, serta tanggapan peserta didik pada aspek grafika dan keterbacaan memiliki kriteria sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan respon positif peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran dengan modul dikatakan praktis.Kata kunci: modul, multipel representasi, garam hidrolisis
