Abstract

Abstract; This study aims to determine the implementation of fiqh teacher pedagogical competence inprivate madrasah aliyah madrasa foundation Islamic education city Tanjung Balai. This research is aqualitative research. The results of this study are 1). Pedagogical competence possessed by fiqh teachers inMadrasah Aliyah Islamic Education Madrasah Foundation Sei Tualang Raso Tanjung Balai City has aneducational basis not fully in line with the insight or foundation of pedagogical competency education thatmust be owned by fiqh teachers. And 2). Implementation of pedagogical competence in curriculum developmentin Madrasah Aliyah Private Foundation of Islamic Education Madrasah Sei Tualang Raso, TanjungBalai City, is carried out based on the development of educational curriculum which starts with the creationof an annual program, semester program, determination of Minimum Completeness Criteria, andpreparation of Learning Implementation Plans.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kompetensi pedagogi guru fikih di MadrasahAliyah Swasta Yayasan Madrasah Pendidikan Islam Kota Tanjung Balai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1). Kompetensi pedagogi yang dimiliki guru fikih di Madrasah AliyahSwasta Yayasan Madrasah Pendidikan Islam Sei Tualang Raso Kota Tanjung Balai memiliki dasar pendidikanbelum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan wawasan atau landasan pendidikan kompetensi pedagogi yang harusdimiliki guru fikih. Dan2). Implementasi kompetensi pedagogi dalam pengembangan kurikulum di MadrasahAliyah Swasta Yayasan Madrasah Pendidikan Islam Sei Tualang Raso Kota Tanjung Balai., dilakukanberdasarkan Pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang dimulai dengan pembuatan program tahunan,program semester, penentuan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal, dan penyusunan Rencanan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pedagogi dan guru.
