Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of fostering moral education in fosterchildren in Al-Jam’iyatul washliyah orphanage Binjai city. The type of this research is qualitative research,the data source in this study is the board, builder, caregiver of orphanage, foster children and communityaround the orphanage. Technique of collecting data in this research is by observation, interview and documentation.The results showed that the orphanage Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Binjai city already has the concept/planning of moral coaching and has been applied with as much as possible. The effectiveness of fosteringmorals in foster children in the orphanage is seen from foster children in general istiqamah in obedienceworship, polite, patient and sincere, disciplined, sederha, independent, have a sense ukhuwah Islamiyah,and mujahadah in life.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pembinaan pendidikan akhlak pada anakasuh di panti asuhan Al-Jam’iyatul washliyah kota Binjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif,sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus, pembina, tenaga pengasuh panti asuhan, anak asuhdan masyarakat sekitar panti asuhan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa panti asuhan Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyahkota Binjai sudah mempunyai konsep/ perencanaan pembinaan akhlak dan sudah diterapkan dengansemaksimal mungkin. Efektivitas pembinaan akhlak pada anak asuh di panti asuhan tersebut terlihat darianak asuh yang pada umumnya istiqamah dalam ketaatan menjalankan ibadah, sopan, sabar dan ikhlas,disiplin, sederhana, mandiri, memiliki rasaukhuwah Islamiyah, danmujahadah dalam menjalani hidup.
