IMPLEMENTASI NILAI-NILAI AKHLAK MELALUI TATA TERTIB BERBASIS HAM DI SMP NEGERI 2 SEI BALAI KABUPATEN BATU BARA

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze: 1) the implementation of the human rights-based order in SMPNegeri 2 Sei Balai; 2) the contribution of human rights-based order in the planting of moral values in SMPNegeri 2 Sei Balai Kabupaten Batu Bara; 3) moral values are implanted through the rules of human rightsbased in SMP Negeri 2 Sei Balai Kabupaten Batu Bara. The result of the research shows that: 1) Implementationof human rights based system in. 2) The contribution of human rights-based rules in the cultivationof moral values in SMP Negeri 2 Sei Hall has so far contributed significantly. With the enactment ofa human rights-based order system and sanctions, many changes occur to the students, although notquickly, but the changes are visible; 3) Moral values inculcated through human rights-based order quite alot of them are the value of discipline, spiritual value, the value of trivial, social values, the value of responsibility,the value of decency, the value of tolerance, the value of decency and so forthPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) penerapan tata tertib berbasis HAM di SMP Negeri 2 SeiBalai; 2) kontribusi tata tertib berbasis HAM dalam penanaman nilai akhlak di SMP Negeri 2 Sei BalaiKabupaten Batu Bara; 3) nilai-nilai akhlak yang ditanamkan lewat tata tertib berbasis HAM di SMPNegeri 2 Sei Balai Kabupaten Batu Bara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan sistem tata tertib berbasis HAM yaitu dengan melakukan sistembobot poin kepada siswa yang dalam hal ini melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib atau tidak menaati tatatertib. 2) Adapun kontribusi tata tertib berbasis HAM dalam penanaman nilai akhlak sejauh ini memberikankontribusi yang cukup signifikan. 3) Nilai-nilai akhlak yang ditanamkan melalui tata tertib berbasis HAMcukup banyak di antaranya adalah nilai kedisiplinan, nilai spiritual, nilai keteladaan, nilai sosial, nilaitanggung jawab, nilai kesopanan, nilai toleransi, nilai kesusilaan dan lain sebagainya.
