<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership Style on Performance in the Field of Eradication of the National Narcotics Agency of South Sumatra ProVince using a questionnaire of 24 respondents. It can be concluded that the simple regression coefficient is obtained Tcount>Ttable (3.972 > 2.073) and sig leVel 0.002<0.005. The results of the leadership style hypothesis test show a significant leVel of 0.002. This significant leVel is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. If the Value of P<=0.05 then Ha is accepted and can be interpreted leadership style has a significant influence on performance.Keywords: Leadership, Performance, GovernmentABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja di Bidang Pemberantasan Badan Narkotika Nasional ProVince Sumatera Selatan menggunakan kuesioner dari 24 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis gaya kepemimpinan menunjukkan tingkat signifikan 0,002. Tingkat signifikan ini lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menolak Ho dan menerima Ha.
