Eksistensi Perkembangan Perekonomian Perempuan di Era Digitalisasi

Saat ini industri dunia telah memasuki tahap revolusi industri 4.0 (RI 4.0). RI 4.0 adalah nama otomatisasi terbaru dan tren pertukaran data dalam teknologi pabrik. Istilah ini mencakup sistem cyber-fisik, internet untuk semuanya, komputasi awan, dan komputasi kognitif. Kehadiran Revolusi Industri 4.0 dengan peluang kerja yang besar dianggap sebagai peluang besar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perempuan. Era ekonomi digital telah meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan literasi digital terutama bagi perempuan di Indonesia. Ini didukung oleh kehadiran empat unicorn yang telah berhasil mengubah ekonomi dan membuka akses ke pengusaha termasuk wanita. Pengusaha yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki akses ke pasar menjadi sangat mudah terhubung ke pasar. Perkembangan ini telah sangat membantu perempuan untuk terlibat aktif dalam inklusi keuangan. Keberadaan perusahaan unicorn di Indonesia telah memudahkan perempuan untuk dapat menjalankan dua hal, yaitu menjaga keluarga dan mencari uang pada saat yang bersamaan. Salah satu efek positif dari perubahan teknologi adalah meningkatnya inklusi keuangan bagi perempuan. Revolusi industri keempat menuju ekonomi dan teknologi digital membuat industri sains, teknologi, teknik dan matematika (STEM) memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan. Salah satu masalah utama adalah bahwa industri STEM dianggap memiliki lingkungan yang tidak ramah bagi perempuan, tetapi perempuan memiliki potensi yang belum dijelajahi dalam industri STEM, jika lebih dari itu kita akan melihat perusahaan teknologi hangat, konstruksi yang lebih ramah. Semoga peran perempuan dalam industri STEM di Indonesia meningkat.At present the world industry has entered the stage of the industrial revolution 4.0 (RI 4.0). RI 4.0 is the name of the latest automation and data exchange trends in factory technology. This term encompasses cyber-physical systems, the internet for everything, cloud computing and cognitive computing. The presence of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution with large employment opportunities is considered a great opportunity to increase women's incomes. The era of the digital economy has increased financial literacy and digital literacy especially for women in Indonesia. This is supported by the presence of four unicorns who have succeeded in transforming the economy and opening access to entrepreneurs including women. Entrepreneurs who previously did not have access to the market became very easily connected to the market. This development has greatly helped women become actively involved in financial inclusion. The existence of a unicorn company in Indonesia has made it easier for women to be able to run two things, namely looking after the family and looking for money at the same time. One of the positive effects of technological change is the increasing financial inclusion for women. The fourth industrial revolution towards the digital economy and technology makes the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) industries have promising prospects. One of the main issues is that the STEM industry is considered to have an inhospitable environment for women, but women have unexplored potential in the STEM industry, if more then we will see warm technology companies, more friendly construction. Hopefully the role of women in the STEM industry in Indonesia increases.
