This article has a purpose to report on whether Civic Education Learning Based on Contextual Problem can improve students' civic skills in conflict resolution as compared with conventional learning. This study used a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods and data was got by testing and observation. The results of this study stated that there are significant differences between Civic Education Learning Based on Contextual Problem and Conventional Learning to improve students' skills in conflict resolution with an average increase in the experimental class higher than the control class. The implication of this study is that the method of Civic Education Learning Based on Contextual Problem can be used as an alternative to improve the civic skills of students in the resolution.
