Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh sikap mengeluh terhadap perilaku keluhan konsumen smartphone merek Blackberry di Kota Denpasar, (2) pengaruh ketidakpuasan terhadap perilaku keluhan konsumen smartphone merek Blackberry di Kota Denpasar, dan (3) pengaruh sikap mengeluh dan ketidakpuasaan terhadap perilaku keluhan konsumen smartphone merek Blackberry di Kota Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausalitas. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuisoner. Metode pengambilan sempel menggunakan metode asidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sikap mengeluh dan ketidakpuasaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keluhan konsumen smartphone merek blackberry di Kota Denpasar.Kata Kunci : ketidakpuasan, perilaku keluhan, sikap mengeluh This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the attitude complained against the behavior of consumer complaints smartphone blackberry brand in Denpasar, (2) the effect of dissatisfaction with the behavior of consumer complaints smartphone blackberry brand in Denpasar, and (3) the influence of the attitude of complaining and dissatisfaction against the behavior complaints blackberry smartphone consumer brand in Denpasar. This research uses research causality. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires. Making method using a sample of asidental sampling method. The sample was 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis to examine the effect between variables. The study states that the attitude of complaining and dissatisfaction in a positive and significant effect on the behavior of consumer complaints blackberry smartphone brand in Denpasar.keyword : complain attitude, complaining behavior, dissatisfaction
