<![CDATA[Abstract:This study aims to examine the analysis of student perceptions of the actions of students doing whistleblowing. The factors tested were indicators in planned of behavior theory and social exchange theory. More specifically, the purpose of this study was to examine, (1) perceptions of attitudes toward behavior on intention, (2) perceptions of subjective norms on intention, (3) perceptions of organizational support for intentions. This study is a quantitative study using primary data obtained from questionnaire and measured using a likert scale. The population of the study is the Accounting student at the Slovin formula obtained a minimum number of samples of 184 people. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling and incidental sampling. The data anaysis method used is SPSS 24.0 The result of this study show attitudes towards behavior,perceptions of subjective norms, perceptions of organizational support have a positive effect on the intention of accounting student to conduct whistleblowing.Keywords: Whistleblowing, Cheating, Planned of Behavior Theory and Social Exchange Theory]]>
