AbstractService Evaluation at the Library of Pontianak's Cultural Value Conservation Center. This study discusses the effect of service on the interest of visitors to visit the Library of the Pontianak Cultural Value Conservation Center. The purpose of this study is to determine the services provided in meeting the needs of visiting interest in office employees and the general public. This study uses qualitative methods and the type of research used is field research or field studies by collecting data through observation, and direct interviews, and through documents. The aspects in the study that were evaluated were the organization of libraries, library collections, library management, library services. The number of informants in the study was 4 people. The determination of informants is based on the researchers' assessment of the informants who are considered to have mastered the data studied. The results showed that the implementation, collection, management, library services had fulfilled the needs of the users and carried out quite well including the implementation based on guidelines, collections that meet the needs of users, good management in improving services, and library services according to varied users. Keywords: Service Evaluation, Library, SpecialÂ
