<![CDATA[AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know: (1) The quality category of graduate of Public Elementary School in Pemangkat Sub-district (2) Headmaster's leadership at Primary School of Pemangkat Sub-district of Sambas Regency (3) Participation category in Public Elementary School Kecamatan Pemangkat Sambas Regency (4) ) The influence of principal leadership on the quality of graduates at State Elementary School in Pemangkat Sub-district of Sambas Regency (5). The influence of public participation on the quality of graduates at the State Elementary School in Kecamatan Pemangkat Sambas Regency (6) The influence of the leadership of the principal and the participation of the community on the quality of graduates at the State Elementary School in Kecamatan Pemangkat Sambas District. Based on the above data can be summed up as follows quality of graduates in SDN Kec.Pemangkat including enough categories, leadership of headmaster in SDN Kec. Lifting is a category high, community participation on SDN in Kec.Pemangkat category high,there is a significant influence of principal's leadership on quality,graduates in SDN in Kecamatan Pemangkat 27%, there is a significant influence of public participation on the quality of,graduates in SDN in Kecamatan Pemangkat 34.8%, there is a significant effect of principal leadership and participation, community together towards the quality of graduates in SDN in Kecamatan lifting of 76.6%.
