Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karangan pada peserta didik kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sungai Bakau Ketapang. Peserta didik belum mampu menguasai indikator penilaian mengarang. Usaha pemecahan masalah menggunakan media lingkungan. Kegiatan pembelajaran mengarang dibagi menjadi: (1) kegiatan awal, yaitu mengamati objek yang ditentukan oleh guru, (2) kegiatan inti, yaitu menulis karangan menggunakan media lingkungan, dan (3) kegiatan penutup, yaitu merevisi hasil karangan, memberi penguat dan penyimpulan tentang materi yang dipelajari. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan refleksi penggunaan media lingkungan dalam pembelajaran menulis karangan deskripsi: (1) pada siklus I perolehan jumlah skor jumlah skor peserta didik pada tiga aspek penilaian mengarang adalah 899 (64) dan (2) pada siklus II jumlah skor peserta didik pada tiga aspek penilaian mengarang menjadi 10989 (78). Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media lingkungan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik menulis karangan. Kata kunci: Mengarang, lingkungan. Based on observation and reflection in the learning environment of media use essay writing descriptions : ( 1 ) in the first cycle of acquisition total score balanced number of students in the three aspects of assessment are fabricated 899 ( 64 ) , and ( 2 ) in the second cycle total score of students in the three assessment aspect fabricated into 10989 (78). it was concluded that the use of media in teaching Indonesian environment can enhance the ability of learners to write essays.
