Abstract   The purpose of this study to obtain information and clarity of the role of headmaster as a manager in compliance with the standards of education process in the State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) Bangka Belitung Pontianak. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this research is the headmaster, teachers and students. The collection of data is done using observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research with data collection, data reduction, presentation and data conclusion. The results of the study concluded that the role of headmaster as a manager in compliance with the standards of education process in the State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) Bangka Belitung city of Pontianak has been performing well.
