<![CDATA[ AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of board’s performance to the cooperation members participation at Angkasa Pura Pontianak. The method in this research is the analyse descriptive. This is an ex post facto reasearch. The population in this research is 253 members. The number of samples in this reasearch is 72 members. Data collection techniques in this reasearch are direct communication techniques (interview guidelines), indirect communication techniques (self efficacy questionnaire), and documentary techniques (annual members meeting). The results of this research showed that there is the positive influence of the influence of board’s performance to the cooperation members participation at Angkasa Pura Pontianak. This can be known from the t value is 4.179  which shows there is influence of board’s performance to the cooperation members participation at Angkasa Pura Pontianak outcomes. When it compared with the t table on the significance level of 0.05 of 1.997, so that Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research is the influence of boards performance to the cooperation members participation at Angkasa Pura Pontianak. Keywords: Board’s performance, Members participation, Cooperation  ]]>
