<![CDATA[AbstractResearch on code switching and code mixing in the novel Ayah Menyayangi Tanpa Akhir by Kirana Kejora is a sociolinguistic study focused on code switching and code mixing. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the forms and factors causing code switching and code mixing in the novel Ayah Menyayangi Tanpa Akhir by Kirana Kejora. The method used in this research is descriptive method and the form of this research is qualitative. The data source in this study is the novel Ayah Menyayangi Tanpa Akhir, the work of Kirana Kejora Based on the results of the analysis obtained in this study (1) the form of code switching and code mixing contained in thenovel Ayah Menyayangi Tanpa Akhir is internal and external code switching as well as internal and external code interventions (2) The causes of the interruption in the novel Dad Endlessly Kirana Kejora's work because talking about a particular topic, emphasizing something, filling in and connecting sentences, repetition to clarify, intends to clarify the content of the conversation to the interlocutor, lexical needs and the efficiency of a conversation.
