<![CDATA[AbstractThis research is entitled Teacher Perceptions of the Use of Cooperative Learning Models in Pontianak Independent Vocational High Schools (SMK). The problem in this study is "What is the Teacher's Perception of the Use of the Cooperative Learning Model in Pontianak Independent Vocational School (SMK)?". This study aims to determine teacher perceptions of the use of cooperative learning models in schools. The form of research used was a survey. With economic teacher as many as 13 teachers as research samples. The research method used is descriptive method that aims to explain or explain objectively about "Teacher's Perception of the Use of Cooperative Learning Models in Pontianak Independent Vocational Schools (SMK)". Use questionnaires and interview guidelines as data collection tools. Meanwhile, to analyze the data the percentage formula is used and then analyzed qualitatively about how the use of learning models in schools. The results obtained from this study indicate that most indicators such as teachers use the cooperative learning model when teaching in the classroom, the teacher understands the use and application of the cooperative learning model, and the cooperative learning model can improve the quality of learning in schools especially the Independent Middle School (SMK) Mandiri Pontianak as a research location. And the use of cooperative learning models in schools that are often used by teachers are the STAD, JIGSAW, TPS, Two Staying Two Guests, and Looking for Couples. the learning model is effective and can be taught or used by economics teachers in the Mandiri Pontianak Middle School (SMK) in good and satisfying categories.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Teacher Perception]]>
