Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh value congruence terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja, juga melihat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, dan mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara value congruence dengan turnover intention karyawan hotel X di Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan hotel X yang berjumlah 50 orang, dan diambil sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kuantitatif, serta menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM) untuk menganalisa data. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa value congruence dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan value congruence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan hotel X. Kata kunci : Value congruence, kepuasan keja, turnover intention Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the effect that value congruence has on turnover intention and job satisfaction, and to find out the effect that job satisfaction has on turnover intention, and if job satisfaction can be intervening variable between value congruence and turnover intention of Hotel X’s employees. The population of this study were all employees of hotel X which total 50 people, and the samples taken were 35 employees. This study model is quantitive, and used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM) to analyze the data. The results of this study show that value congruence and job satisfaction has insignificant effect on turnover intention, while value congruence has significant effect on job satisfaction on Hotel X’s employees.Keywords: Value congruence, job satisfaction, turnover intention
