METODE TUTORIAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode tutorial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan peningkatan kemampuan guru melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Langkah-langkah penelitian tindakan sekolah direncanakan dalam 2 siklus dimana setiap siklus memiliki empat tahap, yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) pengamatan dan 4) refleksi. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan berdasarkan hasil penilaian guru ketika melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan pengamatan kegiatan guru mengikuti kegiatan tutorial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menganalisis hasil penilaian guru melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan hasil pengamatan pelaksanaan metode tutorial dan pengamatan guru mengikuti tutorial.Hasil penelitian ini berhasil mendeskripsikan implementasi metode tutorial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode tutorial di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian  sebanyak 7 orang guru (100%) sudah menyelesaikan laporan penelitian tindakan kelasnya (melampui indikator keberhasilan 80%) dengan nilai minimal guru melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebesar 78,68 (melampui indikator keberhasilan 78) dan pada hasil observasi pelaksanaan tutorial telah berada dalam kualifikasi baik. Kata Kunci      : metode tutorial, penelitian tindakan kelas AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of tutorial method to improve the teacher's ability to carry out classroom action research and improve the teacher's ability to conduct classroom action research (CAR) at Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta High School in the academic year 2017/2018.This study uses school action research. The steps of the research are planned in 2 cycles where each cycle has four stages: 1) planning, 2) implementation of actions, 3) observation and 4) reflection. The data of this study were collected based on the results of the teacher's assessment of conducting CAR and observation of tutorials on the teacher activities. The data analysis technique used was by analyzing the results of the teacher's assessment and observing the implementation of the tutorial method.The results of this study successfully describe the implementation of the tutorial method to improve the teacher's ability to carry out CAR using the tutorial method. Research subjects were 7 teachers (100%) had completed their CAR report (exceeding the 80% success indicator) with a minimum score of the teacher carrying out CAR of 78.68 (beyond the success indicator 78) and observing the implementation of the tutorial in good qualifications. Keywords: tutorial method, classroom action research
