The problem of this study was the low development of symbolic thinking on early childhood education. This study aimed to determine the Correlation of Media Used With The Ability to Think Symbolically of Early Childhood Education in Kindergarten Al-Azhar 16 Bandar Lampung. This research was used correlation quantitative research. The population were 67 students. The sample were 20 students by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by observation and documentation and Analyzed using single table and cross table as well as the analysis of hypothesis testing using spearman rank test. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between media used and the ability to think symbolically by p value = 0,439.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan berpikir simbolik pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Penggunaan Media dengan Kemampuan Berpikir Simbolik Anak Usia Dini di TK Al-Azhar 16 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 67 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunaan observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tabel tunggal dan tabel silang serta analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara penggunaan media dan kemampuan berpikir simbolik sebesar 0,439.Kata Kunci : penggunaan media, berpikir simbolik, anak usia dini
