Abstract

ABSTRAK PERHITUNGAN BIAYA PEMBANGKITAN LISTRIK KLT-40 DENGAN SEWA-BELI. Aspek ekonomi dari suatu studi kelayakan merupakan hai yang penting. Pada tulisan ini disajikan perhitungan biaya pembangkitan sepanjang umur manfaat KLT-40 dan perhitungan biaya pembangkitan dengan opsi sewa-beli selama 5 tahun. Profit sebaran biaya investasi lima tahunan sepanjang umur manfaat (30 tahun) diasumsikan sebagai berikut : 20%, 30%, 15%, 15%, 10%, 10%. Berdasarkan perhitungan dapat ditunjukkan bahwa biaya pembangkitan listrik selama umur manfaat adalah sebesar 9,86 cents$/kWh. Apabila sebaran investasi selama umur manfaat diasumsikan merata maka biaya pembangkitan dengan sewa-beli selama 5 tahun adalah sebesar 7,51 cents$/kWh. Sesuai dengan asumsi profit sebaran biaya investasi di atas maka diperoleh biaya pembangkitan berturut-turut sebesar : 7,92; 9,17; 7,30; 7,30; 6,67; 6,67 cents$/kWh.   ABSTRACT KLT-40 GENERATING COST CALCULATION WITH LEAST-BUY OPTION. Economic aspect has an important role in a project feasibility study. This paper describe the calculation of generating cost all over the useful life of KLT-40 and also perform a calculation of generating cost with least-buy option for 5 years, in the range of useful life of KLT-40. Five years deployment of investment cost profile all over useful life (30 years) assumed : 20%, 30%, 15%, 15%, 10%, 10%. Base on the flatly deployment of investment cost for useful life (average), the calculation give cents$ 7.51/kWh for generating cost, compared with cents$ 9.86/kWh for all over useful life. And in correlation with the five years deployment of investment cost profile assumption, the generating cost will be : 7.92, 9.17, 7.30, 7.30, 6,67, and 6.67 cents$/kWh.
