<![CDATA[The problem behind this research is the low quality of education and the low performance of teachers in the State Elementary School 003 Benai Kecil. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The data used in this study are primary data taken from the questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 10 teachers consisting of 3 male teachers and 7 female teachers. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study have proven that there is an influence between the principal's leadership style on teacher performance in the State Elementary School 003 Benai Kecil. Through the results of the calculations that have been made obtained the value of t count of 3.628 with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of these studies researchers can conclude that there is an influence between the principal's leadership style on the performance of teachers in the Public Elementary School 003 Benai Kecil.]]>
