<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the ability of scientific work skills, junior high school science materials, and describe and explain the climate of junior high school science learning for development of learning instruments with a scientific approach. This research is a descriptive study with survey methods. The research population was all interested parties, namely the organizers, class IX students, and the users of the graduates. A total of 495 respondents were selected as samples determined by the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that stakeholders support the need for scientific work skills that need to be responded to as much as 92.7%. The junior high school science programmed by the curriculum can facilitate learning with a scientific approach of 93.7%. Stakeholders assess the learning climate are considered adequate (good) with a mean conversion score of 4.33.]]>
