Abstract

Abstract Spiders (Araneae) are one of the biological agents that are very potential for insect pest control in the ecosystem. The number of spiders that are collected in kidney bean plant field is 237 and consisted of 19 genus and 10 families. The result of spider diversity index analysis in kidney bean plant showed on the first step of plants growth or on the first observation are the lowest        (H’ = 1,97), whereas the highest on the second observation (H’ = 2,97), then followed by the third observation or in fertilization phase (H’ = 2,68). Keywords : spiders, diversity, kidney bean
