Every effort is definitely required capital as well as agricultural businesses. In reality  still discovered farmers obtaining loan from  formal financial institutions and farmers still like borrowing a loan from informal financial institutions with high interest. The main reason farmers can not borrowing a loan from formal institution because of  a few of conditions the cannot fulfill like a legitimate document for their field. Despite that, farmers still feel comfortable with the loan from informal financial institutions even though with high interest This study aims to obtain to findings an  appropriate credit schemes for the agricultural sector from the approach:  institutions, social capital, and social values Keywords :  loans, financial  institutions, social capital
