PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN KOMPENSASI NON FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA (Studi pada Agen AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kantor Cabang Blitar)

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the financial compensation and non-financial compensation for the performance of the agents AJB Bumiputera 1912 branch office Blitar partially and simultaneously. This kind of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using questionnaire and documentation. Research sample are agent estimates 68 peoples. This research use descriptive analysis method and multy linier regression analysis, partially and simultaneity trial. Financial compensation and non financial compensatioan has significant effect simultaneously . It gets proved by simultane test and got significant result F in amount 0.000 <alpha value 0.05. According to the partial test result on financial compensation variable showing that thitung> ttabel (3,188>2,920), it mean that partially financial compensation has significant effect toward to work performance and according to partial test result on non financial variable compensation gets result thitung <ttabel (1,827 <2,920), that means non financial compensation has no effect significantly toward work performance. Keyword : Financial compensation, Non financial compensation, Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja pada agen AJB Bumiputera 1912 kantor cabang secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang agen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial dan uji simultan. Secara simultan kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil uji simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 < nilai alpha 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial pada variabel kompensasi finansial menunjukkan thitung>ttabel (3,188>2,920), artinya secara parsial kompensasi finansial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dan berdasarkan hasil uji parsial pada variabel kompensasi non finansial diperoleh nilai thitung<ttabel (1,827<2,920), yang artinya kompensasi non finansial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja.
