Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the financial compensation and non-financial compensation for the performance of the agents AJB Bumiputera 1912 branch office Blitar partially and simultaneously. This kind of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using questionnaire and documentation. Research sample are agent estimates 68 peoples. This research use descriptive analysis method and multy linier regression analysis, partially and simultaneity trial. Financial compensation and non financial compensatioan has significant effect simultaneously . It gets proved by simultane test and got significant result F in amount 0.000 <alpha value 0.05. According to the partial test result on financial compensation variable showing that thitung> ttabel (3,188>2,920), it mean that partially financial compensation has significant effect toward to work performance and according to partial test result on non financial variable compensation gets result thitung <ttabel (1,827 <2,920), that means non financial compensation has no effect significantly toward work performance. Keyword : Financial compensation, Non financial compensation, Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja pada agen AJB Bumiputera 1912 kantor cabang secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang agen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial dan uji simultan. Secara simultan kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil uji simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 < nilai alpha 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial pada variabel kompensasi finansial menunjukkan thitung>ttabel (3,188>2,920), artinya secara parsial kompensasi finansial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dan berdasarkan hasil uji parsial pada variabel kompensasi non finansial diperoleh nilai thitung<ttabel (1,827<2,920), yang artinya kompensasi non finansial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Abstract

Small Medium EnterpriseS (SME) development is one of essentials matters in Indonesia’s economy. One of SME s which currently keeps growing is SME in tourism sector. SME in this sector is the form of people’s economic independence, for example batik craft SME from Blitar which is a tourism product. This research explains about the influence of entrepreneur behavior and group participation against business performance managed by the variable of motivation. This type of research is an explanatory research using questionnaire as a primary data collection tool distributed to the owners of Blitar batik SME s. The sample of this research is saturated sample by making all Blitar batik SME owners as research samples up to 77 respondents. Path analysis using SPSS 20.0 is selected to analyze the influence of the variable in this research. The result of this research shows that entrepreneur behavior and group participation bring positive and significant influences against motivation and business performance.
