Abstract: The performance of the Agency in the preparation of Regulations Consultative Village. The background of research is the problem of how the performance of the Agency’s consultative process of drafting regulations in the village village, How the village regulations have been established by the consultative Board of the village. Research type is descriptive with qualitative approach. The results showed that the performance of the Agency’s consultative village (BPD) in the village of Sumber Girang site not running properly it is based on the results that still dominate it the village head in the process of drafting the regulations of the village, then still a lack of morale of the members in the preparation of BPD. Regulation of the village, then still a lack of morale of the members in drafting regulations BPD village, and the types of rules that are generated are based on the statutory orders. Supporting factors that affect performance of the BPD in the process of preparing regulation village is good relations between the goverments established the village party with BPD. While the factors restricting emerges is still dominate it the role of the village chief in the process of formation of the regulation of the village. Keywords: Performance, Agency in the preparation of Regulations, Consultative Village   Abstrak: Kinerja Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Dalam Penyusunan Peraturan Desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat permasalahan bagaimana kinerja Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam proses penyusunan peraturan desa, Bagaimana Peraturan Desa yang telah dibentuk oleh Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, bagaimana manfaat dari jenis Peraturan Desa yang telah dibuat, dan apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam penyusunan Peraturan Desa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Sumber Girang belum berjalan dengan baik, hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil bahwa masih mendominasinya Kepala Desa di dalam proses penyusunan peraturan desa, kemudian masih kurangnya semangat kerja para anggota BPD dalam penyusunan peraturan desa, dan jenis peraturan yang dihasilkan masih berdasarkan Perintah Perundang-undangan. Faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi kinerja BPD didalam proses penyusunan peraturan desa adalah bagusnya hubungan antara Pemerintah Desa dengan pihak BPD, sedangkan faktor penghambat yang muncul adalah masih mendominasinya Peran Kepala Desa di dalam proses pembentukan peraturan desa.
