Abstract: Pamong Praja Police Unit’s Performance in Executing the Publik Order ( Case study in the Office of Pamong Praja Police Unit Blitar). Pamong Praja Police Unit is the regional organization that has a responsibility to assist the head of regional to establish their local regulations and executing the peace and public order. Pamong Praja police’s performance has always been questioned by the public, whether their performance already appropriate with their rights and responsibility or not. This study aims to determine the performance of Pamong Praja Police in Blitar regency public to executing the public order and exploring the obstacles that affect their performance. This study used qualitative approach. The results shown that the performance of Pamong Praja Police in Blitar is well done, it is seen from the number of problems solved more than the unfinished one. From the research, there are some factors that affect the performance of Pamong Praja Police, that is the capability of personnel, administration, facilities and infrastructure. The constraints that affects the performance of Pamong Praja Police in executing public orders are the internal constraints, consist of the total members of Pamong Praja police are not balance with the workload, also there are dominated by the elders, quality of human resources that have to be improved, the facilities and infrastructures that lack of support, while the external constraints include the tendency for people to break the rules, natural disasters, lack of certainty in execution. Keywords: Performance, Pamong Praja Police Unit   Abstrak: Kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dalam menegakkan Ketertiban Umum (Studi Pada Kantor Satuan Polisi PamongPraja Kabupaten Blitar). Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja merupakan organisasi perangkat daerah yang mempunyai tugas untuk membantu kepala daerah dalam menegakkan peraturan daerah dan penyelenggaraan ketentraman dan ketertiban umum. Kinerja Satpol PP selama ini selalu dipertanyakan oleh masyarakat luas, apakah yang dilakukan oleh Satpol PP sudah sesuai dengan tugas dan kewajibannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Satpol PP Kab. Blitar dalam menegakkan ketertiban umum serta kendala yang mempengaruhi kinerja Satpol PP tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Satpol PP Kab. Blitar sudah baik jika dilihat dari jumlah permasalahan yang terselesaikan lebih banyak dibanding dengan yang belum terselesaikan. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Satpol PP yaitu, kemampuan aparatur, tata kerja, sarana dan prasarana. Kendala- kendala yang mempengaruhi kinerja Satpol PP dalam menegakkan ketertiban umum yaitu, kendala internal meliputi jumlah anggota Satpol PP yang belum memadai dengan beban kerja, anggota Satpol PP yang didominasi oleh usia lanjut, kualitas sumber daya manusia yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, sarana dan prasana yang kurang menunjang, sedangkan kendala eksternal meliputi kecenderungan masyarakat untuk melanggar peraturan, bencana alam, kurangnya kepastian pelaksanaan.
