<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Posyandu is a forum at the village level that plays a role in reducing infant mortality, under-five and birth rates with the aim of creating the ability to live a healthy life for every resident in realizing an optimal degree of community health. This study aims to determine the relationship between staff information, maternal knowledge, distance of residence with weighing regularity of children under five. This research was conducted at Posyandu in the working area of Tana Batue Health Center, Bone Regency. This type of research is observational with a cross sectional study approach. Population and sample are mothers of toddlers with purposive sampling with a total sample of 51 samples. The results showed that the information of officers was related to the regularity of weighing children under five with a value of p (0.042) <0.05, maternal knowledge was related to regular weighing of children under five with a value of p (0.008) <0.05, and the distance of residence was related to the regularity of weighing under five with p value (0.002) <0.05. It is recommended that health workers at the Tana Batue Health Center be more active in providing health information in the form of counseling on the importance of regular weighing of children under five every month at the Posyandu on an ongoing basis.
