This study aims to analyze the attributes of the implementation of innovation carried out by Danurejan District and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Joint Exit Innovation: List 1 can 5. The method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that the innovation provides convenience in procedures, speed of service time as well as easy access to health information, innovation is also in accordance with the development and needs of the community, the implementation of procedural innovations does not experience complexity because innovations that cut requirements so that it is possible if the innovations come out together replicated in another place. Factors supporting the implementation of innovation include: commitment from the leadership, support from various stakeholders, and apparatus skills. The obstacles faced; lack of community understanding in the sms gateway registration process, lack of readiness of village officials, as well as lack of community understanding of the importance of handling children's documents since they were still in the womb. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi tersebut memberikan kemudahan dalam prosedur, kecepatan waktu pelayanan juga kemudahan akses informasi kesehatan, inovasi juga sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan masyarakat, pelaksanaan inovasi secara prosedural tidak mengalami kerumitan karena inovasi yang sifatnya memangkas persyaratan sehingga memungkinkan jika inovasi keluar bersama direplikasi di tempat lain. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan inovasi antara lain : komitmen pimpinan, dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder, serta keterampilan aparatur. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi; kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat dalam proses pendaftaran sms gateway, kurangnya kesiapan petugas kelurahan, serta kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat akan pentingnya pengurusan dokumen anak sejak masih dalam kandungan.
