<![CDATA[AbstractRegional regulations that have sharia nuances need to be regulated in terms of both authority and formation processes. This is aimed at avoiding contradictions with the legislation established by the central government. Based on Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government regulates the central authority, namely the field of religion. Meanwhile, the practice of religious values is mostly carried out by the people in the area. Therefore, the establishment of sharia-compliant local regulations is a regulation to meet those needs. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindari pertentangan dengan aturan perundang-undangan yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah pusat. Berdasarkan UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah diatur tentang kewenangan pusat yaitu bidang agama. Sementara itu, pengamalan nilai-nilai agama banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat di daerah. Oleh Karena itu, pembentukan Perda bernuansa syariah merupakan peraturan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut.
