The purposes of this research is to develop model of teaching for improving student's ability to individual learning. The method was developing model of teaching in classroom action research that consist of many crycles. One cryclcs was effort for improving quality of another crycles before. Respondences were all of class in fist grade of government senior high school two, students and teacher both included. Data collection by test that integrited in formative evaluation. Ability to solved elaborative problems as indicator of student's ability in individual learning. The result shown that model of teaching that use of material reading wich has special design with pasive lecture just get a little improvement in individual learning and it was not significan.
