ARTIKEL SURVEY KEPUASAAN SISWA YANG BERLANGGANAN BIMBINGAN BELAJAR ONLINE RUANG GURU

Abstract

Abstrak: Ruang Guru online study guidance is an online tutoring with the highest number of students who have registered or subscribed in Indonesia, but is this directly proportional to the level of satisfaction of students who have subscribed to RuangGuru, so the question needs to be answered in a study. The type of research used is quantitative research methods using the Survey method. The research variables are the level of student satisfaction and online tutoring in Ruang Guru. The research subjects were students who had subscribed to Ruang Guru online tutoring which were selected using the simple random sampling technique to obtain 20 research samples. The results showed that descriptively that students who were satisfied after subscribing to Ruang Guru online tutoring were 95%, while students who were dissatisfied after subscribing to Ruang Guru online tutoring were 5%, so the proposed hypothesis was accepted. Keywords: Student Satisfaction Level and Ruang Guru Online Tutoring. Abstrak :Bimbingan belajar online Ruang Guru menjadi bimbingan belajar online dengan jumlah siswa yang telah mendaftar atau berlangganan terbanyak di indonesia, namun apakah hal tersebut berbanding lurus dengan tingkat kepuasan siswa yang telah berlangganan Ruang Guru, sehingga pertanyaan tersebut perlu dijawab dalam suatu penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Survey. Variabel  penelitian yaitu tingkat kepuasan siswa dan bimbingan belajar online Ruang Guru.  Subyek penelitian ialah siswa yang telah berlangganan bimbingan belajar online RuangGuru yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple Random Sampling sehingga diperoleh 20 sampel penelitian.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara deskriptif bahwa siswa yang merasa puas setelah berlangganan bimbingan belajar online Ruang Guru sebesar 95%, sedangkan siswa yang merasa tidak puas setelah berlangganan bimbingan belajar online RuangGuru 5%, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kepuasan Siswa dan Bimbingan Belajar Online Ruang Guru.
