This research was aim to recognize and analyzed the influence of motivation, compensation, training and leadership toward nurse nurse performance. Hypothesis was proposed is motivation, compensation, training and leadership, both partially and simultantly, has significant influence toward nurse performance. Analysis instrument that used in this research was path analysis. To examine hypothesis used F-test, t-test, and path coefficient. The results of research showed that variebles of motivation, compensation, training and leadership, both partially and simultantly, has significant influence toward nurse performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test, has bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Then, variable of compensation has biggest proportionally influenced toward nurse performance, compared by motivation, training and leadership. Based from the result, hypothesis proposed was accepted. Based from results of this research, so direct supervision and also head of institution require to give motivation and also byword to growing up the motivation of nurse, compensation more paid attention, training to be more intensified, and applied of leadership style matched with work environment.
