<![CDATA[Abstrak Analisis ketercapaian dan hambatan serta pengoptimalan potensi dan kekuatan yang dimiliki Dir. TIK sekarang ini. Dengan demikian hal ini berdampak kepada Kredibilitas Dir.TIK yang harus dipertahankan yang bagusnya dan ditingkatkan yang lemahnya sesuai visi dan misi serta tupoksi sebagai komponen system penting dari UPI. Di sisi lain Kontrol keseimbangan terhadap peran dan warna dari produk inovasi di lingkungan Dir. TIK yang harus ditingkatkan dalam menopang semua unit kerja di UPI. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya seperti menganalisis peluang-peluang peran yang lebih luas dari yang sudah ada selama ini di lingkungan Dir. TIK untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi UPI. Diantara program kegiatannya bias dimulai dengan : (a) memetakan Sejumlah program kerja yang memiliki target jelas sesuai hasil analisis SWOT terhadap semua sumber daya, manjerial, dan payung hukum yang berlaku; (b) Memulai merumuskan RKAT yang bersih, terbuka dan mudah diakses dengan cepat; dan (c) Bekerjasama dengan unit kerja terdepan seperti HUMAS, PPID dan ULT, serta semua LO di 52 unit kerja di lingkungan UPI.
