<![CDATA[Abstrak. Telah dilaporkan penderita Nn. K, 12 tahun dengan keluhan tertelan jarum pentul saat menggigit jarum pentul sambil menangis kemudian penderita mengalami batuk-batuk keras sebentar, namun satu jam setelah itu penderita tidak mengeluh apapun. Kejadian sudah berlangsung 14 hari yang lalu, Foto toraks hari ke-S setelah kejadian tampak bayangan berdensitas logam setinggi V Th 7-8-9 pada proyeksi parahiler kiri dan tidak berubah posisi pada saat dilakukan foto ulangan. Pada penderita dilakukan FOB cito dengan indikasi diagnostik clan terapi yaitu melihat adanya benda asing di saluran nafas sekaligus mengeluarkan benda asing tersebut, setelah dilakukan ekstraksi benda asing, dilakukan FOB ulangan untuk evaluasi perdarahan iatrogenik karena penarikan jarum kemudian dilakukan pencucian dengan larutan NaCl steril dingin clan perdarahan bisa diatasi. At that time, the patient had a hard cough for some moments, but an hour after that the patient did not complain of anything else. The incident had happened 14 days ago. A thorax photo of the 8th day after the incident showed that a shadow with metal density V Th 7-8-9 high on the parahiller projection on the left side which did not show a change in position at the time when the photo replication was taken. To the patient, FOB emergency was taken with diagnostic indications and therapies which were used to see a foreign object in respiratory tract and also used to remove the foreign object. After the extraction of the object, the FOB tests was re-taken for evaluation of iatrogenic bleeding due to withdrawal of the needle and then washed with sterile cold NaCl and stop the bleeding.
