<![CDATA[Participants Beneficiaries Fee (PBI) is poor and can not afford a health insurance program participants. This type of research is cross sectional correlational design that aims to determine the level of anxiety Patient Relations BPJS Participant Beneficiaries Fee (PBI) Interests Use of Outpatient Services at Public Health Center Sadabuan. The study population was BPJS participants Beneficiaries Fee (PBI) in Public Health Center Sadabuan totaling 200 people. The sample used by 50 respondents. Results showed that respondents with mild anxiety levels who are interested in using outpatient health centers as many as 14 people (28.0%), respondents with moderate anxiety level who are interested in as many as 19 people (38.0%) and those not interested in as many as eight people (16.0%). Respondents with severe anxiety levels were not interested in using outpatient health centers were 9 people (18.0%). Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results obtained value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05), then there is a significant relationship between the level of anxiety of patients BPJS participant beneficiaries fee (PBI) with an interest in the use of outpatient public health centers Sadabuan Padangsidimpuan City 2016. Suggested to public health center to perform improving the quality of health services, to patients of participants beneficiaries fee (PBI) in public health center Sadabuan to provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality ofhealth care specialy outpatient care.]]>
