Abstract Legal certainty affirms that the duty of law is to guarantee legal certainty in social relations. Certainty is achieved "because of the law". In this legal task, two other tasks are concluded, namely that the law must guarantee justice and the law must remain useful. Keywords :   Legal Certainty, BMN, SDA.  Abstrak Kepastian hukum menegaskan bahwa tugas hukum adalah menjamin kepastian hukum dalam hubungan-hubungan pergaulan kemasyarakatan.Terjadi kepastian yang dicapai “oleh karena hukum”. Dalam tugas hukum tersebut tersimpul dua tugas lain, yakni hukum harus menjamin keadilan maupun hukum harus tetap berguna. Kata Kunci        :    Kepastian Hukum, BMN, SDA.
