<![CDATA[Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di TK Kumara Bhuana II Peguyangan Kangin Denpasar Utara, akan efektif dilakukan terhadap guru-guru di TK dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Word dan Sosial Media. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi cara pembuatan rapor siswa berbasis kurikulum 2013, dan pembuatan serta pengelolaan sosial media sebagai media promosi digital berbasis instagram. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yakni pengumpulan data, indentifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan materi pelatihan, perancangan dan penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dokumentasi kegiatan dan laporan. Dari hasil penilaian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh tingkat pemahaman peserta terhadap materi pelatihan yang diberikan berdasarkan penilaian pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan. Sebelum mengikuti pelatihan Microsoft Word pemahaman peserta terhadap materi sebesar 57,50%, sedangkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan pemahaman peserta meningkat menjadi 88,19%. Hal yang sama juga terjadi pada pemahaman terhadap sosial media, dimana sebelum pelatihan pemahaman peserta terhadap sosial media sebesar 57,43%, sedangkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan pemahaman peserta meningkat menjadi 87,50%.Abstract: Community Service Activities (PKM) in Kumara Bhuana II Kindergarten Peguyangan Kangin North Denpasar, will be effectively carried out for teachers in kindergartens by providing training in using Microsoft Word and Social Media. The training materials provided include how to make 2013 report cards based on student report cards, and the creation and management of social media as an Instagram-based digital promotional media. This activity consists of several stages, namely data collection, identification of problems, analysis of training material requirements, design and preparation of training modules, implementation of training, documentation of activities and reports. From the results of the assessment that has been done, the level of understanding of the participants obtained from the training material provided based on pre-test and post-test assessments. The results of the assessment showed that there was an increase in the understanding of the participants before and after attending the training. Before attending the Microsoft Word training the participants 'understanding of the material was 57.50%, while after attending the training the participants' understanding increased to 88.19%. The same thing happened to the understanding of social media, where before the training the participants' understanding of social media was 57.43%, whereas after attending the training the understanding of the participants increased to 87.50%.]]>
