<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penindakan terhadap masyarakat yang tidak menggunakan masker sesuai peraturan gubernur dan untuk mengetahui status pidana terhadap masyarakat yang terkena denda administrative termasuk tindak pidana sesuai pasal perihal penerapan disiplin terhadap protokol kesehatan dalam tatanan kehidupan era b Baru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan b bahwa b bahwa penindakan terhadap masyarakat yang tidak menggunakan masker sesuai peraturan gubernur nomor 46 tahun 2020 tentang penerapan disiplin terhadap protokol kesehatan sudah dilaksanakan pada awal september hingga Oktober 2020. Selain pihak kepolisian dan satpol PP, penindakan juga dilakukan bersama para Pecalang dan satgas COVID-19 diseluruh desa adat di Bali. Status pidana terhadap masyarakat yang terkena denda administrative termasuk tindak pidana sesuai pasal Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 46 tahun 2020 adalah tidak termasuk status pidana, karena denda tersebut merupakan sanksi administrative seperti denda tilang pada kendaraan b bermotor yang telat dalam melaksanakan pembayaran pajak kendaaraan b bermotor.
