<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaturan perlindungan pekerja terkait program BPJS ketika pekerja mengalami kecelakaan kerja dan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum bagi pekerja yang mengalami musibah celaka saat bekerja akan tetapi belum terdaftar dalam program BPJS. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ilmiah ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai titik acuan utamanya. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaturan terkait pekerja yang mengalami musibah celaka dalam melakukan pekerjaan telah diatur dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan dan UU BPJS, kemudian akibat hukum bagi tenaga kerja yang celaka saat bekerja dan tidak terdaftar dalam program BPJS adalah tidak mendapatkan tanggungan dari program BPJS seperti jaminan kecelakaan kerja, jaminan pensiun, jaminan kematian, serta jaminan hari tua. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out the worker protection arrangements related to the BPJS program when workers have a work accident and to find out the legal consequences for workers who experience unfortunate accidents while working but have not been registered in the BPJS program. The research method in this scientific article is normative legal research, namely research that uses statutory regulations as its main reference point. So that the results of this study indicate that the regulations related to workers who experience accidental disasters in doing work have been regulated in the Manpower Law and the BPJS Law, then the legal consequences for workers who are injured while working and are not registered in the BPJS program are not being covered by the BPJS program such as guarantees work accidents, pension benefits, death benefits, and old age savings.
