<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab pelaku melakukan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dalam lingkup keluarga (incest) dan sekaligus untuk mengetahui upaya penanggulangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian dalam hal ini Polres Buleleng terkait dengan kekerasan seksual anak dalam lingkup keluarga (Incest). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor faktor penyebab pelaku melakukan kekerasan seksual anak dalam lingkup keluarga (incest), yaitu faktor internal (faktor biologis dan faktor moral) dan faktor eksternal (faktor ekonomi dan faktor pornografi). Adapun upaya penanggulangan kekerasan seksual anak dalam lingkup keluarga (incest) yang dilakukan oleh pihak polres Buleleng, yaitu berupa upaya pre-emtif (edukasi), upaya preventif (isnpeksi), dan upaya refresif (pemberian saknsi). ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing the perpetrator to commit child sexual violence in the family sphere (incest) and at the same time to find out the coping efforts made by the police, in this case the Buleleng Police, related to child sexual violence in the family sphere (Incest). The research method used in this research is empirical research method. The results showed that there were two factors causing perpetrators of child sexual violence in the family sphere (incest), namely internal factors (biological factors and moral factors) and external factors (economic factors and pornographic factors). As for the efforts to overcome child sexual violence in the family sphere (incest) carried out by the Buleleng police, namely in the form of pre-emptive efforts (education), preventive efforts (inspection), and repressive efforts (provision of sanctions).
