<![CDATA[ABSTRAKKemenangan calon legislatif Partai Gerindra pada pemilihan umum legislatif 2019 di daerah pemilihan (Dapil) 3 khususnya Desa Buo cukup menarik perhatian masyarakat pemilih. Karena pada pemilihan umum sebelumnya partai ini tidak memenangkan salah satu kursipun untuk wilayah pemilihan ini. Sehingga bagaimana strategi yang dimainkan oleh caleg maupun partai sangat menarik untuk di lihat. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategipemenangan calon partai gerindra dalam pemilihan umum legislatif tahun 2019 di Desa Buo Kecamatan Loloda Kabupaten Halmahera Barat. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan modalitas oleh para caleg untuk memenangkan kursi DPRD Kabupaten Halmahera Barat dalam pemilu legislative 2019 di Desa Buo, tampak dalam beberapa pola, yakni: Strategi politik yang berkonsep modern. adapun beberapa fase yang dilakukan, yaitu ; fase analisa situasi, fase formulasi, fase implementasi hingga fase pengawasan dan evaluasi dari sebuah strategi dilakukan oleh para caleg.Kata kunci : Strategi, Partai, Pemilihan Umum legislative. ABSTRACTThe victory of the Gerindra Party's legislative candidates in the 2019 legislative elections in the electoral district (Dapil) 3 especially in Buo Village was quite interesting to the attention of the voting community. Because in the previous general election this party did not win any seats for thiselectoral district. So how the strategies played by candidates and parties are very interesting to see. Research Objectives To find out how the strategy of winning Gerindra party candidates in the 2019 legislative elections in Buo Village Loloda District, West Halmahera Regency. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of modality by the candidates to win the seat of the West Halmahera Regency DPRD in the 2019 legislative elections in Buo Village, appears inseveral patterns, namely: Political strategies with a modern concept. as for several phases carried out, namely; the situation analysis phase, the formulation phase, the implementation phase to the monitoring and evaluation phase of a strategy carried out by the candidates.Keywords: Strategy, Party, legislative general election]]>
