<![CDATA[The aims of the study were to design and implement a Web-Based Correspondence Management Information System at the Makassar Community Training Center Office.The data were collected through (1) Observation or Field Research in the form of data retrieval of incoming mail books and data of outgoing mail. (2) Collecting data and information by carrying out library activities through books. (3) Direct interviews with Makassar Balatmas employees who take care of correspondence management directly. This research was designed by using system modeling using UML (Unified Model Language). Making an application using the PHP programming language and the database is processed by using MySQL.The results of the study indicate that by using a web-based correspondence management information system application at the Makassar community training center can be proven by the results of the blackbox and questionnaire test with 84% results.]]>
