This research if to analize the soil value around the Politeknik Pasir Pengaraian camp. The analize data in this research is slice accross in early 2009 with purpose sample technic, from interview, field study (primer data). Analize method in this research is double regretion linear analize with OLS (Ordinary Least Squares), to estimate how big the influence of wide the field, distance from main road and distance from campus.The result find out that the variable wide filed, distance from the main road and distance from campus, significanly influence the soil value at the real degree ( = 5%). Estimation model to explicit = 61,99%.
