<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to measure student scores, to determine the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, the difference in scores before and after learning with instructional video media, and also to determine student responses about instructional video media given when the material is delivered about viruses. This study uses an experimental method with the design of One-Group Pretest-Posttest ... Pretest is done before the teaching and learning process, while the posttest is done afterwards. The results of this study indicate that the students' scores improved after 32 students (88.88%) successfully completed the tests while 4 students did not. The response of the students was very good because they were enthusiastic in the learning process with the learning video media at the time the material was delivered. Keywords: Learning videos, viruses, learning outcomes ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur skor siswa, untuk mengetahui efektivitas proses belajar mengajar, perbedaan skor sebelum dan sesudah melakukan pembelajaran dengan media video pembelajaran, dan juga untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa tentang media video pembelajaran yang diberikan pada saat materi disampaikan tentang virus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Pretest dilakukan sebelum proses belajar mengajar, sedangkan posttest dilakukan setelahnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor siswa meningkat setelah melakukan tes 32 siswa (88,88%) berhasil dengan tuntas sedangkan 4 siswa tidak. Tanggapan para siswa baik sekali karena mereka antusias dalam proses pembelajaran dengan adanya media video pembelajaran pada saat materi disampaikan.
