Penderita diabetes berisiko mengalami masalah kesehatan salah satunya aktivitas perawatan diri. Pemberian edukasi bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kemampuan pasien dalam melakukan perawatan diri sehingga masalah kesehatan teratasi. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental melalui one grup pre-test dan post-test design. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 25 orang, teknik sampling jenuh, dan sampel sebanyak 25 orang. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengaruh intervensi edukasi yang diberikan terhadap perawatan diri pasien luka diabetes melitus menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,00, yang berarti adanya pengaruh perawatan diri pasien luka diabetes melitus setelah diberikan Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME). Kata Kunci: Diabetes melitus, Self Management Education, Perawatan Diri Abstract Diabetics are at risk of experiencing health problems, one of which is self-care activities. Providing education aims to increase knowledge and improve the patient's ability to perform self-care so that health problems are resolved. This study used a design quasi-experimental through one group pre-test and post-test design. The total population is 25 people, the technique sampling is saturated, and the sample is 25 people.
