This research to analyze teacher professional competencies in schools that are associated with management of school principals, teachers work motivation and ability of teacher in teaching. This research uses quantitative analysis, because wants to get the magnitude of the relationship that has the management of school principals, teachers 'work motivation and teacher's teaching ability to teachers' professional competencies in schools. Research data analyzed using correlation and regression analysis, data collected using questionnaires in the form of instruments relating to the four research variables, the instrument was prepared using a Likert scale. The results of the study it was found that the management of school principals' coaching had a positive and significant relationship to the teacher's professional competence, as well as the teacher's work motivation and the teacher's teaching ability. Increasing the professional competence of teachers will contribute greatly to the implementation of learning activities in schools, teachers who have professional competence will have a high dedication to their duties and responsibilities as an educator, for that special handling is needed in an effort to improve and improve teacher professional competence with provide good management of guidance from the principal, provide and increase motivation in work and provide training and education to improve the ability to teach teachers in schools.
