<![CDATA[Cryptography is both a science and an art to protect the security of messages and information from being seen, read, understood by third parties. One of the cryptographic algorithms is the elgamal algorithm. Currently, communication and information technology is developing rapidly and has a major impact on human life. An example of this development is the internet network, which now allows many people to exchange data freely through the network. The problem to be solved is in the form of a text file, the elgamal algorithm will be modified with a scrambling algorithm, namely the freivalds algorithm. Freivalds algorithm is a probabilistic random algorithm algorithm used to verify matrix multiplication. This algorithm is used to modify the Elgamal algorithm on encryption that uses plaintext pairs with a secret key that is randomly obtained.
